Expect the unexpected with a sharing menu featuring an innovative fusion of Asian and Latin flavors. Signature dishes include Calamari Salad ’Asia de Cuba’ with crispy calamari, chayote, hearts of palm, banana, cashews, chicory and radicchio in a sesame orange dressing; Cuban Spiced Chicken with Thai coconut sticky rice and avocado fruit salsa served with tamarind sauce; Char Sui Beef Short Ribs with congre tostones and chili orange mango; and Pan Seared Ahi Tuna served rare with crunchy wasabi mashed potatoes and cilantro chimichurri sauce.
